Estate Planning and Probate
Estate Planning & Probate Lawyer
It’s never too early to plan your estate. As a Silverdale, Washington, attorney, I, Michael Morrison, will help you protect your loved ones and make sure that your wishes will be carried out if the unexpected happens.
Importance of Estate Planning
Few things are as important as planning for the future. Effectively planning your estate will protect your assets after you have passed away and help your loved ones avoid lengthy and expensive probate proceedings in the future.
Military personnel often face risks in the line of duty. Are you sure that your loved ones will be protected if something were to happen to you? I have spent the last 15 years guiding clients through the estate planning process. Please contact me to discuss your needs.
I believe that every adult should have a power of attorney, community property agreement and healthcare directive (sometimes called a “living will”). Call 360-613-5077 or e-mail me to set up an appointment.
Estate Planning Documents
Every individual’s situation is different. When you come in for a free initial consultation, I will listen to your concerns and help you understand which of these documents you should have:
- Durable power of attorney
- Power of attorney
- Healthcare directive (living will)
If you do not have these documents in place or are not sure which documents you need, please contact me to schedule a free consultation. I will work with you to create a plan that meets your unique needs.
The probate court process can be complicated. I will work with you to navigate the system and find a timely solution.
